Keto Smoothies
Smoothies are a great way to stay on track on your low carb Keto diet. They are easy to make, super delicious and good for you. I personally do my smoothies to help me with my fiber intake on Keto. Which we all know that while doing low carb we can forget to get in enough fiber. These can lead to tummy issues, and smoothies help me avoid this. There is SO many ways to make your smoothie that it is a bit hard to say do this and do that. Maybe instead of a scoop of protein powder one day I will use a low carb and high protein yogurt in place of that, and or omit chia seeds and instead add spinich to get more fiber. Here is a list of the most popular items used in Keto smoothies.

Keto smoothies with low carb frozen fruit topping
Some of the fruits I avoid for my smoothies as they are higher in sugar/carbs include: mangos, bananas, oranges, kiwi, grapes, pears, and apples, peaches. For example, a medium sized banana contains 27 grams of carbs verse one cup of strawberries that have about 11 carbs.
- Vanilla Smoothie
Need: 1 packette monk fruit, 1 teaspoon chia seed, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 scoop protein powder (optional) , ice, 1 cup unsweet almond milk or 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream/water, pinch of salt, ice cubed. Blend and serve. Add a few almonds with a dash of vanilla extract or a few vanilla beans into blender as well to make this taste like a vanilla bean smoothie.
- Strawberry Smoothie
Need: Frozen Strawberry, Almond Milk, Ice Cubes, Heavy Cream, Erythritol & Ice. Mix together in blender and enjoy!
3. Keto Iced Coffee
I love coffee and I try to keep my iced coffee simple and yummy!
Coffee poured over ice. (cooled down coffee, not hot)
Heavy Whipping Cream (half n half if you do not have HWC available)
1 keto friendly sweetener, I use a packet of monk fruit but you can use whichever you prefer
(optional) I sometimes do a small swirl of reddiwhip on top of my iced coffee, MMM!
